Welcome to the Temecula Catalina Island Website |
| |
Our Lodge serves the Greater Temecula Valley, including Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Winchester, Wildomar and surrounding communities in Southern California. Chartered in 1922 on Catalina Island, we were moved in 1989 to Temecula, CA. If you want information on what Masonry is all about or if you are interested in membership to a Masonic Lodge, please feel free to use this website for information or contact us directly.
All Masons, prospective Masons, and Sojourners are invited to participate in our events, and Master Masons from all Lodges are invited to attend our Stated Meetings and degrees.
Our Stated Meetings are held on the first Monday of every month at 7:00pm at the Temecula Masonic Center, and degree work is generally done at the same location on Monday evenings at 7:00 pm with refreshments and fellowship to follow. Finally, feel free to review our monthly newsletter; it can be found in the Trestleboard section of this website or click here for the latest News from the Quarries. Thank you for taking a moment to peruse our website and have a great day!

Last year Temecula Catalina Island # 524 expanded it’ s community service involvement by instituting an annual Teacher of Year awards program to honor educators in our community who exemplify the true spirit of “molding young minds.” The criteria used was the same as that on the state & Grand Lodge level. However, like everything TemCat does, we had to go bigger and we chose one teacher each from two districts to honor.

One of Grand Master Ken Nagels projects this year is to send as many WWII veterans to Washington DC to see the monument erected in their honor. Five brothers from Temecula Catalina Island Lodge # 524 were able to make the trip this month. There is an article chronicling their trip by following this link. Enjoy.

The September 15 release of Dan Brown’s fictional novel “The Lost Symbol,” set in Washington, D.C. and centered around Freemasonry, has created a surge of interest in Masonry – and whether the fraternity’s most popular myths hail from fact or fiction.
